WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
All unused items may be returned within a time period of 30 days from the date of delivery. They must have all their labels & hang tag and be in perfect condition.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You have up to 14 days to request an item return. We provide free returns worldwide.
To return your item contact us. Returns are easy to schedule with free at-home pickups via DHL. You can either schedule them online or call their local offices to schedule your pick up.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our returns policy.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by mail if your return is accepted or declined. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Note that refunds can take up to 14 business days to appear on your bank statement due to varying processing times between financial institutions.
DO YOU REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT?
We will refund the full amount of the product on the payment method used at the time of purchase. We guarantee a refund for products that are returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
