HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We provide free returns worldwide via DHL. You have up to 10 days from the delivery date to request an item return by contacting us. Returns are easy to schedule with free at-home pickups. You can either schedule them online or call DHL local offices to schedule your pick up.
All unused items should be picked up by DHL within a time period of 14 days from the date of delivery. They must have all their labels & hang tag and be in perfect condition.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our returns policy.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by mail if your return is accepted or declined. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Note that refunds can take up to 14 business days to appear on your bank statement due to varying processing times between financial institutions.
DO YOU REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT?
We will refund the full amount if the purchased design is not on sale.
For “on-sale” designs all the shipping costs (including the return cost) will be deducted from the total.
